**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for any retention enquiries. It is essential that you understand the customer's needs, provide solutions and do what it takes to retain them.

We will train you on our specific business operations and arm you with product knowledge, but you should have experience in with customer support systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work in a fast-paced environment to make outbound retention calls to existing customers who have recently obtained and/or previously created an account with Freightcom.
- Thoroughly investigate customer service issues through discussion with the customer and appropriate internal staff and drive to resolution & retention.
- Ensure that all customer service issues are dealt with professionally and courteously
- Forward any potential compliance matters to the Compliance team as soon as possible so that they may be under investigation in order to determine whether a compliance issue exists
- Improve and sustain business growth with key customer accounts
- Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience & customer retention
- Implement specific retention and growth strategies with customers
- Complete additional tasks as delegated from time to time

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Competitive product and knowledge of logistics industry a definite asset.
- Customer Retention experience an asset.
- Ability to find customer answers quickly and accurately while using multiple resources.
- Ability to be flexible/agile and willing to learn new functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work Monday
- Friday 9-5.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration

Ce poste requiert une personne dotée de solides compétences analytiques, d'un souci du détail, d'un sens aigu de l'organisation, de la capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme soutenu et d'une passion pour la prestation d'un service client exceptionnel. Ce rôle comprendra, sans s'y limiter, les tâches suivantes:
**Responsabilités et tâches**
- Établissement des devis, réservation et suivi des expéditions
- Traiter les demandes de renseignements des clients de manière rapide et professionnelle par téléphone et par courriel.
- Traiter les plaintes et fournir des solutions et des alternatives appropriées dans les délais impartis et assurer un suivi continu pour garantir la résolution des problèmes.
- Assister les clients dans leurs demandes de suivi, résoudre les problèmes et aider à trouver des solutions pour les livraisons ou les enlèvements qui ne se déroulent pas comme prévu.
- Suivre les procédures, les directives et les politiques de communication
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

- Être à l'aise dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
- Efficacité dans la résolution de problèmes, sens du détail
- Attitude positive, bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et comportement agréable au téléphone.
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de conflits
- Orientation vers les objectifs et forte motivation
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à travailler sous pression.
- Personnalité extravertie et attachante
- Discipliné, ambitieux et motivé.
- Travailler aussi bien de manière indépendante qu'en équipe
