**À propos du poste**:
**Responsabilités**:

- répondre aux demandes techniques des clients de manière efficace, professionnelle et avec confiance
- Fournir un support technique de première ligne pour la technologie de contrôle basée sur PC de Beckhoff, y compris le logiciel TwinCAT 3, le matériel du système et les systèmes avancés de contrôle du mouvement.
- prioriser les demandes entrantes, escalader les problèmes si nécessaire ou approprié
- construire et maintenir un haut niveau de connaissance des produits de Beckhoff Automation et des technologies connexes
- participer au soutien sur appel en rotation pour trier et résoudre les demandes de service après les heures de travail
- autres tâches et projets spéciaux selon les besoins.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat ou DEC en automatisation et contrôle ou dans un domaine technique connexe ; ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience. Les jeunes diplômés sont les bienvenus.
- Bilingue (Français et Anglais)
- compréhension du matériel et des logiciels d'automatisation industrielle
- esprit d'initiative et personnalité axée sur les résultats
- fortes capacités d'analyse et de raisonnement
- capacité à travailler dans un environnement très stressant tout en conservant son professionnalisme
- excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de faire des présentations aux clients et/ou aux réunions du département.
