Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to internal staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Set up and configure computers for corporate use, including laptops and lab environments.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of both software and hardware assets.
- Conduct regular backups and ensure their reliability.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years in internal technical support roles.
- Expertise in networking and system support.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, including Windows 10 & 11 and Windows Server versions.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
