Accounting Clerk

Guaranteed Industries Limited is in search of a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team and perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Handle inquiries related to payroll and accounting transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Support other accounting team members as needed
**Qualifications**:
- College diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or payroll role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual - English & French
