**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintain spreadsheets to manage inventory & production flow
- Maintain & update order forms, track order process through to delivery
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Provide franchise operator support and direct all enquiries to the appropriate department or supplier.
- Assist franchise operators but evaluating their equipment need and directing them to the appropriate support for that need.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with special projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
