**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring excellent customer service is provided
- Providing clients with show home tours, product information, and connecting clients with an Alquinn Sales Executive
- Record & submit show home traffic counts & leads of potential buyers at end of each shift
- Continually inspecting and ensuring show homes and sales center are clean, appealing, and presentable
- Support sales staff with general admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Exceptionally service oriented; you handle relations with customers, internal and external parties with warmth & diplomacy
- Experience in sales/sales-support related role or in the new residential construction industry an asset
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Show home/sales center experience a definite asset

You will be required to travel to show homes in Edmonton & the surrounding jurisdictions. Travel to off-site meetings & events required as needed. Hours are Monday to Thursday 3:00pm to 8:00pm + Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
