We're looking for you to join our branch in the Northwest Territories as a Banking Centre Lead

As an integral member of CIBC's team, you'll be leading a group of passionate professionals that are all working towards one shared goal - delivering an exceptional client experience. As a people leader, you'll be hiring, developing, and inspiring your team to perform at their best. You'll use your exceptional leadership skills to help team members succeed, and make a difference in your existing and new client's banking experience by helping them secure their financial futures, own homes, and set up businesses.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Current accreditation and a Mutual Funds License, CSC, or Investment Funds in Canada
- Experience managing, coaching, and leading a team
- Excellent client service skills
- Goal-oriented, able and eager to accomplish your goals
- Passionate about people, able to build and maintain authentic relationships with your clients and team members
