**Job Description** **Office Manager Assistant**

**Vision Statement**
Raintree Irrigation is dedicated to providing high quality underground sprinkler systems for residential, commercial and municipal customers in the Golden Horseshoe region.
Our well trained staff focuses on water conservation and enhancing our customer’s properties. Our goal is to have our customers refer Raintree to their friends and neighbors.

**Job Purpose**
To service our customers underground sprinkler systems, assuming the responsibility for ensuring the highest level of customer service.

**Duties (Responsibilities) include**:

- Communicate with customers in order to provide clarity and understanding of Raintree Service
- Aid in providing direction to a staff of customer service representatives and ensures that customers are retained, satisfied and that their needs are fulfilled
- Aid in delivering and enforcing work standards, policies and expectations in a professional and disciplined manner
- Assist CSA’s by receiving incoming customer calls, booking appointments, invoice processing and processing customer payments
- Respond to customer complaints, investigate issues and make certain that the problem a customer is experiencing is resolved urgently
- Provide job task analyses, organizational assessment and promotes a self directed work environment. When necessary, counsels employees on productivity or behavioral issues.
- Calls upon customers who have outstanding balances on their account and strives to gain payment for delinquent amounts owed.
- Dispatches technician work orders and notifies drivers of assignments.
- Arranges route schedules and when necessary pull parts orders for service needs.
- Problem solves and counsels technicians on the appropriate action to be taken concerning customer billing, invoicing and call follow-through.
- Responsible for purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment and the movement of parts through truck transfers.
- Other duties as required

**Working Conditions/Requirements**
- **Hours may include a 7 am - 8 am start**:

- **Saturdays in peak periods (April to June and October to November)**:

- **Open office environment**

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
