Nous avons actuellement un poste de Chef, Formation en santé, à pourvoir. Le titulaire du poste sera un membre actif de l’Institut médical AbbVie nouvellement créé. Il aura la responsabilité de cerner les besoins d’apprentissage des professionnels de la santé et de mettre au point de multiples initiatives d’éducation sanitaire adaptées pour y répondre. Le titulaire du poste travaillera à distance, et relèvera du Chef d’équipe, Formation en santé.

Principales responsabilités
- Diriger la planification et l’élaboration d’un plan de formation en santé conforme aux impératifs stratégiques de la marque.
- Exécuter d’autres activités d’apprentissage innovatrices et basées sur les besoins et des tactiques de formation continue en santé, mesurables par des indicateurs de rendement clés conçus pour faire progresser les connaissances, comportements et compétences des professionnels de la santé dans le but d’améliorer les résultats des patients.
- Surveiller la littérature scientifique et les tendances du marché pour s’assurer d’un programme et d’un matériel de pointe.
- Servir d’expert en la matière pour la sélection des présentations et des canaux éducatifs les plus appropriés et les plus attrayants, conformément aux priorités des secteurs thérapeutiques, aux besoins des clients externes, aux directives et aux règlements.
- Transformer les lacunes en matière de formation ou de points de vue en solutions mises en œuvre avec succès.
- Convertir les besoins des parties prenantes et les impératifs des marques en objectifs mesurables et en résultats à atteindre pour combler les lacunes en matière de soins. Assumer la responsabilité de la mise en œuvre de programmes d’apprentissage pertinents, innovants, attrayants et équilibrés.
- Gérer le choix des fournisseurs et soutenir l’élaboration du contenu pour le comité directeur.
- Présenter les plans de formation en santé aux parties prenantes internes afin d’obtenir leur adhésion et leur soutien, en veillant à ce que le budget, le calendrier, la portée et les outils d’exécution soient en place.
- Exploiter ses compétences de réseautage pour établir et entretenir des relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Se préparer et travailler en collaboration avec des parties prenantes internes et externes (équipes de marque, groupes d’experts, universités et associations) afin de donner des présentations efficaces, d’animer des réunions ou de présenter des propositions de valeur aux professionnels de la santé.
- S’assurer que toutes les activités de formation en santé d’AbbVie sont conformes aux normes d’éthique les plus rigoureuses, notamment aux exigences de Médicaments novateurs Canada, aux normes nationales d’agrément, aux exigences de l’Association médicale canadienne ainsi qu’aux politiques internes sur la conformité des programmes aux normes d’éthique et d’agrément.
