Under the supervision of the Manager, Credit and Pricing, the Customer Master Data Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of the Customer Master Data and Collection. The Customer Master Data Specialist liaises with Customer Service and business owners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Master**
- Customer on boarding process
- Setting up new and updating existing customers.
- Making sure to adhere to QA policy for new customer set up.
- Blocking delinquent customer
- Complete the customer master form (DSP)
- Following up with third party (BPO) on DSP request
- Approver back up for Aesthetics DSP requests

**Credit and Collection**
- Support resolution of credit issues with customers
- Assisting with the processing of debit and credit notes
- Assisting with customer remittances and banking file
- Assisting with customer collections

**Education/Experience Required**:

- 3 years of customer master/collection experience
- Cegep / Diploma of professional studies (DEP)

**Essential Skills & Abilities**:

- Good communication skills (English and French)
- Ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills
- Comfortable with customer account reconciliation

**Systems**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Intermediate
- SAP and order-to-cash activities and reporting
