**Job Purpose**:
As a Business Development Sales Representative (BDSR) at ISA Cybersecurity, you will be part of a dynamic business development & sales team and will be responsible for driving sales and engagement with new and existing clients. This role will be a driver of connections with a goal of expanding our footprint with existing customers as well acquiring new business. In this role, you will develop superior knowledge of our current customer base and will know who to talk to when it comes to pitching ISA’s services and solutions.

The ideal person for this role will be resilient and eager to make new connections. This person will be comfortable communicating at all levels and will be able to harness strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage target prospect lists through CRM and accomplish cold outreach to potential clients
- Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
- Follow up with inbound leads to assure satisfaction and respond to queries
- Identify opportunities through proper qualifying and analyzing customer needs
- Drive attendance to webinars and events hosted by ISA and partner organizations
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, and results in company CRM system
- Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and updated in a timely manner
- Work with the broader sales team to identify opportunities and support where needed
- Responsible for sales of assigned customer accounts
- Generate new accounts through business development opportunities
- Maintain all sales & follow ups related to accounts assigned to a BDSR
- Assist and address customer needs and requirements for new solutions or services
- Work with assigned accounts and partners to uncover new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Monthly sales reports submission

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience with a proven track record of generating qualified leads
- Motivated to learn and has a proven ability to acquire new skills and expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiations skills; quickly able to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and work within a high-volume environment
- Highly energetic and charismatic demeanor and able to capture interest and attention over the phone
- Bilingual in French and English
