We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our Petrochemicals Team in Cornwall, ON.

We are looking for a Site Administrator like you to work under the supervision of the Site Manager. Responsible for payroll input, site purchasing, inventory reconciliation, production logging, training records, credit card reconciliation. You will also be responsible for vacation coverage for shipping and receiving.
**As a Site Administrator, you create chemistry by...**:
- Preparing all purchase requisitions, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained and following up to guarantee timely deliveries including coordinating maintenance invoices.
- Processing purchases on procurement cards as needed for various items, while ensuring prompt delivery and accurate reconciliation of P-cards and invoices.
- Managing daily production processing in SAP, maintaining inventory levels, and updating records for month-end reporting, including participation in annual physical inventory counts.
- Ensuring payroll accuracy on a weekly basis, track additional expenses, sick leave, and vacation hours for unionized employees.
- Maintaining up-to-date training records, adding courses and credits as required, while adhering to policies and procedures to effectively contribute to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Providing vacation coverage for shipping coordinator, coordinating incoming rail deliveries with CN, and communicating daily with the foreman.

- A college degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources is preferred.
- Basic accounting, HR skills along with strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes is considered valuable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with the SAP R3 system is an asset.
- Understanding of ISO 9002 requirements and WHMIS, including the Transportation of Dangerous Goods documents.
- Experience with export documentation for US deliveries is an asset.
