Cornwall, Canada Seaway Express Full time

This full-time position is based in Cornwall.

**Location**: 605 Boundary Rd, Cornwall, ON K6H 6K8
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, afternoon shift - 3:00pm to 11:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing daily administrative support to the dispatch team
- Ensure all expectations and service levels are met
- Working in a time sensitive, fast paced environment as part of a cohesive service driven team
- Daily data entry of paperwork and ensure all information is accurate and correct
- Daily contact with customers / drivers, regarding orders, pickups and deliveries
- Respond and comply with other tasks, which may be reasonably assigned during the course of and in addition to the completion of normal duties
- Other duties as required

**Core Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service, logistics or transportation experience is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English), but not required
- Prior data entry or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
- Organized and proactive

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
