Inventory Buyer

The role is very wide reaching and will vary from day-to-day but the areas in which this role will be focused are as follows:

- Purchasing of inventory to ensure our stock levels are always approriate for the time of year.
- Working with our vendors and head office to price our materials, shop for better/new products and prices and accurately track our costs.
- Inventory controlling such as facilitating and analyzing inventory reports, working with inventory counters on discrepncies, correcting discrepencies, counting stock, reviewing orders, placing orders, etc.
- Creating tracking and analysis reports to monitor pricing and pricing changes
- Working on upcoming seasons working with store departments pre-ordering products as necessary
- Attending buying events to take advantage of vendors product knowledge, buying deals and
- Other more singular tasks as makes sense in working with ownership.

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
