**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with our clients marketing goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Develop compelling visuals and graphics for social media posts.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the company's social media presence is relevant and effective.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to track key metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.
- Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by promptly addressing any negative comments or reviews on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Sprout Social
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to changing social media landscape and industry trends.
- Experience with graphic design and basic video editing skills are a plus.

**Salary**: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
