Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist 
Location: Cambridge, ON 
Contract length: 8-Month Contract 
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical company. Their facility in Cambridge, Ontario is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent and branding strategies, including market intelligence, designed to support the company’s short and long-term strategic goals.
- Proactively partner with management, HR Business Partners, and Finance to understand workforce planning outcomes, budgets, and forecasts.
- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for technical professional roles across North America.
- Create and maintain a social media presence as it relates to talent acquisition.
- Proactively participate in community activities to promote the organization’s brand through job fairs, networking opportunities, associations, etc.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and customer (internal stakeholder) experience by providing transparency and progress updates regularly.
- Partner with system specialists to ensure the optimal set-up and use of the HRIS recruitment module.
- Compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Observe and support all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Responsible for completing other duties as assigned and in compliance with policies and procedures.

What Makes You a Good Fit:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
- CHRL designation or actively pursuing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing full cycle recruitment support to highly skilled roles and various levels across North America.
- Pharmaceutical network/experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience and success in recruiting, full-time, co-op and contract roles.
- High levels of integrity, diplomacy, and tact, with an ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, ATS/HRIS systems and social media platforms).
