An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced

You will be overseeing the processing of payrolls for groups of employees, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly pay runs in a timely and efficient manner, manage time and attendance systems, and complete administrative tasks as needed. You will work with finance teams to ensure general ledger reporting is provided on time and accurate. This is a hands on role which combines both leading the team, processing payroll and managing different projects throughout the year such as financial year end.

You will identify process improvements and drive change to deliver a service to the company ensuring all compliance and company policies are adhered to. You will collaborate with members of the P&C team to undertake projects that contribute to the global P&C operational model and lead the change management process within your region.

You will be a specialist in payroll and benefits, you will handle payroll and benefits related questions as well as troubleshoots related issues for all employees with the help of your team. You will be responsible for overseeing benefits, benefit deductions, and benefits administration, in addition to tax forms, ROE’s, and other related forms.

**Key Technical Criteria**
- Accreditation through Canadian Payroll Association; Certified Payroll Manager _preferred_
- Payroll experience for multisite locations across different Canadian provinces
- Experience and proficient with Microsoft programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience and proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce, Kronos, or other payroll/timekeeping system knowledge _preferred._
- Experience managing a cross-functional payroll and benefits team or related directs preferred
- Able to communicate both verbally and written in **English and **French languages** **required**
