Reporting to the Registrar, the Administrative Assistant provides support to the leadership team in the Office of the Registrar. This role is vital in maintaining operations, creating clear communication channels with other college areas and coordinating information linkages for staff from a planning perspective.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
- Maintain the Registrar’s schedule, including booking meeting spaces.
- Submit contracts and requisitions.
- Support SEM Action with administrative support, preparing documents and reports.
- Support the Convocation committee with the annual planning cycle and be a source of information at the ceremonies.
- Serves as the Office of the Registrar’s Records and Information Coordinator (RIC)
- Organize and plan various events for the Office of the Registrar.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- Two to three years administrative experience; preferably within a post-secondary environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge or experience in PeopleSoft considered an asset.

**SALARY**:$42,099 to $52,745 annually, reflective upon what you bring. AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time** **permanent** **position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
