**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Determine monthly kitchen schedule
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation
- Create and develop menus, ensuring variety and high-quality dishes
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into menu offerings

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menus that meet customer preferences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
