From janitorial and superintendent services, day-portering and housekeeping, window cleaning, carpets and floor maintenance, to emergency response, flood and fire, underground garage power washing and drain flushingWe do it all
Due to growth, we are looking to hire an **Accounts Receivable Administrator** to join our team and would love to hear from you
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Receivable & Collections: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and manage collections processes.
- Customer Invoice: Generate, review, and distribute invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordination with Accounts Payable: Assistance with payments as needed including online banking.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and assisting with reports and documentation as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in high-volume sales and invoicing.
- Role requires strong communication skills with customers/vendors
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-office setting.
