**What you will be working on**:

- Monitor accounts for past due balances and collectability
- Contact clients to address and resolve past due balances
- Engage with other departments on billing discrepancies
- Post, reconcile and pay vendor bills
- Prepare service, monitoring and construction invoices
- Assist the finance team as needed with month-end, year-end activities
- Keep financial records using QuickBooks

**Who are we looking for?**

Essential qualifications:

- High School diploma
- 1 year of experience with collections, invoicing, and accounts receivable
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment and have excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Additional ‘nice to have’ qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree in accounting, office administration or any related field
- You have previous experience in the security industry
- You have experience with QuickBooks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
