**Administrative Assistant**
**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with the Director of Operations and other administrative staff to support the daily operations of the organization. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with daily administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of the organization.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Assist with daily clerical tasks including: scanning documents, entering data, filing, and data entry
- Create and maintain a filing system for office files and records
- Perform general office filing including scanning documents, copying letters, faxes, and memos
- Maintain an organized filing system for projects and meetings; create new files as needed
- Support the Director of Operations by performing other duties as assigned.
- Work in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a positive attitude toward co-workers and clients.
- Work in a team environment with a sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently.
- Work independently to complete tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Airdrie, AB T4A 2H5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
