**Help Desk Specialist**

**Job Summary**:
The Help Desk Specialist provides computer support for REALTORS® regarding the major computer software systems provided by the Board. Responding primarily to telephone and occasional walk-in inquiries, the Help Desk Specialist provides excellent customer service by offering timely and effective responses to REALTOR’S® questions and concerns. Training on the supported systems is provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist our members by troubleshooting Paragon, WEBForms and other Real Estate Board software related problems via queue-based phone support system
- Troubleshoot and fix software problems for Members.
- Record, track and follow up on software issues with vendors and members
- Provide internal support for staff on hardware and software problems, assisting the network administrator when required
- Enter tickets in Zendesk ticketing software
- Work on program related projects when time permits
**Location and Hours**
This position is located in Vancouver, BC. Although it is a hybrid position, some in-office days are required each week. Therefore, we will not be interviewing anyone who is outside of the lower mainland of Vancouver. The Board is open from 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. REBGV offers a flex-time working arrangement whereby staff can work a little longer each day and get one day out of the 10 days off.

**Salary**: From $54,875.00 per year
