**Make an impact on agriculture As a valued member of the Agromart Terminals Inc. team, your contributions will help support and grow the agricultural industry. Supporting 22 Joint-venture businesses through the Agromart Group network supplying crop nutrient products year-round. This is a rewarding role that carries responsibility and brings significant value to our business.**

**_THE CHALLENGES WE PROPOSE :_**
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment - 6 Yard Loader with top tip bucket, track mobile for moving railcars and other mobile equipment onsite;
- Undertake supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Terminal Manager, oversee employees, scheduling, and operational logistics;
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment;
- Handle, store and distribute products to retail crop input businesses across Ontario;
- Demonstrate a high regard for safety while working in a fast-paced work environment;
- Follow safe operating procedures and engage in all Environmental Health and Safety Programs and best practices;
- Customer service oriented, this position requires direct interaction with customers, freight carriers, and direct communication with the procurement department.

**_YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE_**
- Valid G license;
- Strong communication skills;
- Computer skills are required to operate a scale interphase program to receive and ship product;
- Physically capable of lifting 50lbs;
- Adaptable to ongoing changes with processes and service offers provided to our customers;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment providing products and services promptly and accurately;
- Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions while being flexible with hours throughout the week and weekends. Overtime hours required during peak operating periods;
- Ability to work in a small team environment as well as work independently to complete tasks with mínimal supervision;
- This position may require some travel.
