We are excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant dedicated to promoting the health benefits and culinary versatility of maitake mushrooms. Our mission is to create a unique dining experience that highlights maitake mushrooms in every dish, providing our customers with delicious and nutritious meals.
**Duties**:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Effectively use social media to market the restaurant and its offerings.
- Assist in the startup of the restaurant, including selecting equipment and overseeing renovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
