**What do we do?**

Algonquin Bridge designs and supplies a wide range of steel bridge products and crossing solutions across Canada and beyond. Our bridges can be divided into two categories: Modular Panel Bridges and Custom Prefabrication Bridges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up of the machines
- Operate the machine efficiently and safely
- Responsible for routine maintenance.
- Assist with trouble shooting and problem-solving mechanical problems
- Assist operators in material handling.
- Keep the workstation tidy and clean.
- Follow Algonquin’s Quality Management System
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Safety conscious
- Capable of understanding processes in the departments
- Strength in organization and housekeeping
- Willing to work overtime as required and committed to doing what is necessary to ensure duties are completed.
- Strong oral and written English language communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and balance conflicting priorities.
- Sense of urgency with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to wear and perform work in personal protective equipment for extended period
