THE ROLE
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team The Data Entry Clerk will support our Logistics and Supply Chain teams with data administrative tasks and partnering with our 3PLs to ensure the database is aligned all across the board. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.
This is an exciting opportunity for entry level individuals who are tech savvy and want to contribute to delivering exceptional assistance to our customers and teams

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Input orders accurately and efficiently into the system, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct inventory audits.
- Collaborate with our 3PL partner to ensure accurate order fulfillment, addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Meet department performance standards and benchmark service levels.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

**Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed**:

- High Proficiency of Excel. Able to create sheets to log and categorize information. Can use Vlookup to reconcile and link data
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong networker and relationship builder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
