The Advantage One Group which includes C&C Electrical Mechanical, Centurion Contracting, Royal City Fire, and NovaWest Electrical has an exciting opening within our Accounting Department which has room for growth & career development opportunities. We are looking for a motivated Invoicing Clerk / Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team and grow with us.
- Excellent typing, oral, and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience with data entry in an office environment, preferably with accounting.
- Ability to succeed and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Experience with Sage 300 & Technisoft Service Manager would be an asset.
- Growth orientated.
**Duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Preparing, reviewing, and sending customer invoices.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoicing and other matters.
- Creates, maintains, and updates customer files, including name or address changes.
- Managing automated collections software.
- Producing and sending monthly statements.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the collection process as required.
- Assist with month end closing and reporting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Coquitlam, BC V3C6M2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
