**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments.
- Receive and forward communications to different staff and departments.
- Assist HR with policies and processes management.
- Coordinate with human resources to assist with admin tasks, including payroll and employee databases.
- Assist on welcoming visitors and new employees (onsite and remotely)

**Requirements**:

- Fluently bilingual, strong communication skills in both English and French (written and orally)
- At least one-year proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Tech savvy and skilled with Microsoft Office.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field or other equivalent training/experience.
- Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong task and time management skills.
- knowledge of labor laws as asset

**Description de l'emploi**:

- Aider aux opérations quotidiennes des fonctions et tâches liées aux ressources humaines.
- Compiler et mettre à jour les dossiers des employés.
- Créer, préparer et fournir des rapports aux différents départements.
- Recevoir et transmettre les communications aux différents membres du personnel et départements.
- Assister les RH dans la gestion des politiques et des processus.
- Coordonner avec les ressources humaines l'assistance aux tâches administratives, y compris la paie et les bases de données des employés.
- Participer à l'accueil des visiteurs et des nouveaux employés (sur place et à distance).

**Exigences**:

- Parfaitement bilingue, fortes aptitudes à la communication en anglais et en français (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
- Expérience confirmée d'au moins un an en tant qu'assistant RH, assistant du personnel ou à un poste pertinent dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou de l'administration.
- Maîtrise de la technologie et de Microsoft Office.
- Diplôme en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe, ou formation/expérience équivalente.
- Approche méticuleuse des tâches administratives.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication interpersonnelle, écrite et orale.
- Solides compétences en matière de gestion des tâches et du temps.
- Connaissance de base du droit du travail (atout)
