**You’re** **great **at**:

- Developing an enhanced DI&B strategy and three-year roadmap, including diverse representation, equity building, and an inclusive workplace culture
- Executing the DI&B strategy and leading key projects
- Identifying and tracking key metrics to measure the success and progress of the DI&B strategy and provide reporting
- Build a collaborative partnership with businesses across the enterprise and the People & Culture department to support the achievement of DI&B goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and delivery of programs and initiatives to attract, retain, and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.

**You **have**:

- 3 years of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience with consulting and/or client engagement related to DI&B programs in a corporate environment is strongly preferred.
- Lived experience that supports an understanding of the intersectionality of diversity and marginalized communities is preferred.
