About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of Equity and Belonging to join our team. As a key member of our Diversity and Inclusion team, you will play a critical role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Bank. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement strategies that promote a culture of belonging.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support the implementation of our Global Inclusion strategy, working closely with the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, building relationships and providing strategic guidance to employee resource groups and other relevant networks.
  • Develop and execute projects that drive change management, leveraging your experience in consultation skills to develop and deliver initiatives aligned with the Global Inclusion Strategy.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on key metrics related to our Global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, using data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with DEI COE leadership to integrate necessary enhancements into all aspects of the assigned portfolio, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

What You'll Need

  • At least 3+ years of progressive, professional experience related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience leading and executing projects with a change management approach.
  • Strong consultation skills to develop and deliver initiatives aligned with the Global Inclusion Strategy.
  • Strong experience with data analytics.
  • Experience in building and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and reprioritize multiple tasks and initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to progress the DEI journey.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health and dental plans, RRSP matching, and opportunities for career growth and development.
