**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**
- Drive B2B commercial market share growth with a focus on premium and luxury premium appliance brands as well as electronics, office and home furnishings through active solicitation, customer sales presentations, and closing.
- Meet targets, performance plans, in cooperation with the Director of Sales
- Meet with Director of Sales one-on-one, to review performance, progress, and targets. (Monthly)
- Utilize Saleforce as the central CRM system to manage leads and develop quotes
- Analyze sales data for the market and develop plans to address and sell to any gaps.
- In cooperation with the sales Director, create innovative programs for upselling and implement innovative go-to-market strategies in an effort to solicit more sales opportunities within the builder / developer industry and or related trade channels.
**Daily Activities**
- Cold calling and prospecting to generate leads
- Develop sales presentations for presentation to prospects
- Ensure on-site presence for all site deliveries ensuring schedules are being met.
- Resolve any customer issues and customer complaints developing solutions and making recommendations to management
- Work in liason with commercial sales customer care team to deliver exceptional client experience to our customers both B2B commercial customer and individual.
- New business development in harmony with divisional goals and KPI’s
