**Job Summary**

As a member of the Commercial Real Estate Services team and reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent provides tangible support and acts as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, they maintain and build strong relationships with our clientele and identify opportunities for improving administrative processes. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to managing relationships with our retail clients and business partners.
- Provide concrete support in various commercial real estate matters.
- Provide relevant information to each concerned department regarding client data.
- Participate in meetings and ensure data entry into the internal management system.
- Prepare reports for operational purposes.
- Ensure proper filing in client records and registers.
- Create, verify, and maintain files for efficient management.
- Verify new leases and coordinate data entry into the internal system.
- Prepare lease proposals, presentations, and reports for meetings and client events.
- Monitor all ongoing transactions and active projects.
- Collect accurate client data to update information based on information provided by

the service representative.
- Gather various statistical data to perform analyses for our clients.
- Maintain close relationships with colleagues to ensure information sharing.
- Other tasks as required by management.

**SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A college or university degree is required.
- Previous experience in retail, commercial real estate, or consulting is an asset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus,

with a strong command of both spoken and written French.
