**Job Summary**:
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Guide prospective students through the admissions process.
- Organize, host, and assist in planning recruitment events, such as open houses, workshops, educational fairs, industry conferences, and community events, to showcase Hanson programs and attract potential students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance and implement recruitment strategies, optimize digital campaigns, and leverage social media and events to drive higher conversion rates.
- Achieve and maintain high conversion rates by nurturing leads, delivering exceptional support, and meeting enrollment targets.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs and community events to promote our programs and services to prospective students and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry employers, job agencies, high schools, community centers, and relevant organizations to promote the institution and generate leads.
- Stay informed on industry trends and gather insights for continuous improvement.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- A college diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a similar role within an educational institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience such as recruitment, sales experience, or client services.
- In-depth understanding of the aesthetics industry and a genuine passion for the beauty sector.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant digital tools.
- Experience in organizing and hosting successful events, workshops, or similar recruitment activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Confident, personable, and effective at engaging with prospective students and stakeholders.
- Well-developed problem-solving, decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
