Job Requirements

Post-Secondary Diploma in computer science and experience in enterprise business systems and customer service experience, preferably in a municipal environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience within a municipal/government environment with understanding of municipal business functions, policies, and requirements.

Proven analytical, communication, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated writing skills to prepare documentation, write user guides, prepare, and update documentation of technology.

Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision, prioritize work assignments, and participate in projects working within tight deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively with teams across all departments and within IT.

Availability to work unscheduled overtime.
