Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste des Opérations de Services Gérés de Niveau 2, qui sera responsable de la coordination, de la gestion et de l'exécution des activités de maintenance de niveau expert nécessaires pour assurer une opération fluide du réseau client (24x365). Cette personne veillera à ce que les services fournis aux clients soient constamment disponibles et performants selon les niveaux d'Accord de Service (SLA) ciblés.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Gérer les opérations réseau pour les réseaux RAN (Radio Access Network) 5G, 4G et 3G
- Diriger les activités d'assurance, y compris la gestion des incidents, la gestion des problèmes, la gestion des performances, la gestion des changements et d'autres fonctions des opérations de service
- Soutenir l'intégration, la configuration et le dépannage des nœuds, réseaux et solutions RAN 5G/4G/3G/IOT, sur site ou à distance
- Préparer, vérifier et exécuter les mises à jour et mises à niveau logicielles RAN
- Gérer les pannes et effectuer les actions correctives au niveau des nœuds RAN, des services et de l'infrastructure

**Les compétences que vous apporterez**:

- Diplôme de niveau Bac+3/5 en Génie Électrique, Télécommunications, Informatique ou dans un domaine technique connexe
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en opérations réseau au sein d'une entreprise de télécommunications
- Expertise et connaissances dans l'exploitation et le dépannage des eNodeB LTE et gNodeB NR d'Ericsson
- Connaissance des technologies cloud (OpenStack, Kubernetes)
- Maîtrise des solutions RAN 4G et 5G au niveau des nœuds et du réseau
- Compréhension des technologies TCP/IP et IP
- Connaissances pratiques de Linux (systèmes de fichiers, scripts bash, crontab)
- Expérience en environnements télécoms (3G, 4G et 5G) ou en service client et support de niveau 2
- Expérience en configuration et intégration de projets RAN
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ; la maîtrise du français est un atout
