Customer Service Professional

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with possibility to convert
Pay Range: $24 to $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
**Manage All Aspects of Customer Service**: Oversee and handle various customer service functions to ensure client satisfaction.
**Answer and Handle Calls**: Respond to and manage incoming calls, providing support and information as needed.
**Follow Up on Group Insurance Plan Files**: Occasionally review and follow up on group insurance plan requests and files, addressing issues and providing updates.
**Address a Range of Requests**: Manage requests of varying complexity from both internal and external clients.
**Demonstrate Key Skills**: Utilize excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve issues.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
**Bilingual Proficiency**: Fully fluent in French and English, with strong skills in reading, writing, and speaking both languages.
**Customer Service Expertise**: 2-4 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating effective problem-solving abilities.
**Thrives in Dynamic Environments**: You excel in fast-paced and ever-evolving settings, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
**Skilled and Detail-Oriented**: With strong technical abilities and exceptional research skills, you prioritize meticulousness and efficiently manage multiple administrative systems.
**Experienced in Customer Service**: You bring valuable experience from roles in information centers, retail environments, or the service sector.

- Clear and articulate communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure that information is conveyed accurately
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
