**What you can expect**:
As the Director of Professional Services, you'll oversee the delivery of our e-commerce platform's services to new and existing customers. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you’ll lead teams in Training & Implementation, Project Management, and Data Services, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and seamless project execution. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who excels in resource management, process improvement, and team development.
**You will be responsible for**:
**Project & **Implementation**:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage resources to align with project timelines and client needs.
- Maintain high client engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Master Amilia products to offer creative solutions to complex challenges.
**Management & Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and implement career growth plans for both direct and indirect reports.
- Enhance service delivery by introducing best practices and innovative approaches, particularly for complex customers.
**Process **Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop best practices for project management, training, and data services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and customer success.
**What we want from you**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 7+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in a SaaS environment or with activity registration platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of data services, including migration, integration, and reporting.
- Bilingual (French and English), both oral and written.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
