Primary Responsibilities:

- Support the Property Manager and General Management team by providing comprehensive office administration.
- Maintain coverage of the front desk and telephone operations to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
- Work with contractors to maintain the rental units as needed.
- Use an online platform for scheduling, logging in maintenance requests, inspections, etc.
- Assist with various additional responsibilities as required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
- Scheduling of meetings for the General Management.
- Maintain tenant confidentiality
- Lease administration
- Dealing with Tenants and Tenant issues
- Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Act is an asset

Qualifications:

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Exemplary customer service abilities.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with tenants and team members.
- Keen attention to detail and unwavering accuracy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving problems.
- Demonstrates sound analytical thinking, effective planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Displays a professional demeanor and maintains a polished appearance.
- Previous experience in property management and familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) are highly valued.
- Tech savvy, able to work with online platforms.
- Working with property management system Yardi and Rent Cafe.
- Microsoft platforms such as excel, word and powerpoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
