**Reports to**: Applications Manager
**Location**: Montréal, Québec
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Effective management of assigned tasks drawn from a centralized task database.
- Provide phone and onsite product integration support post-sale.
- Directly interface with the customer to solve any electrically related technical product issues.
- Ability to diffuse stressful situations calmly and rationally, with a clear success orientation.
- Occasional travel within North America can be required upon short notice.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Technical Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong computer hardware and software experience, including knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and PLC programming skills (preferably Rockwell / Siemens) & machine vision design and integration.
- 10+ years relevant technical support experience & mastery of machine automation assembly.
- 5+ years relevant pneumatics (design and service) experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation.

**Responsabilités principales**:
- Gestion efficace des tâches assignées à partir d'une base de données centralisée.
- Fournir une assistance téléphonique et sur site pour l'intégration des produits après la vente.
- Assurer l'interface directe avec le client pour résoudre tout problème technique lié au produit sur le plan électrique.
- Capacité à gérer des situations stressantes de manière calme et rationnelle, avec une orientation claire vers la réussite.
- Flexibilité pour voyager en Amérique du Nord dans des délais très courts.
**Compétences et expérience souhaitées**
- Diplôme technique en génie électrique.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.
- Solide expérience en matière de matériel et de logiciels informatiques, notamment connaissance d'AutoCAD 2D et compétences en matière de programmation d'automates (de préférence Rockwell / Siemens) et de conception et d'intégration de systèmes de vision industrielle.
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du support technique et de la maîtrise de l'automatisation de l'assemblage des machines.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des pneumatiques (conception et service).
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et orientation vers le client.

Pay: $75,000.00-$97,070.49 per year
