Upon graduation from the program, you will either obtain a permanent position within our team, or Workland will help you make the jump to another company and remain one of your key references for years to come.

**AS PART OF THE PROGRAM, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Engage in the full recruitment cycle
- Utilize ATLAS, a state of the art recruitment technology in your duties
- Responsible for writing job postings and ensuring their marketing
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conducting reference checks

**YOUR STARTING POINT MUST BE**:

- You are a part-time student in the process of obtaining a DEC, AEC, Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or a business administration program or other related field;
- OR you are eligible to participate in an internship program approved by the Ministry of Education;
- OR you are a recent graduate of a relevant program;
- OR you are an experienced individual with strong customer service or sales skills who wishes to make the jump to HR;
- You must be able to work between 25-35 hours per week.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU MUST**
- Have a strong interest in learning and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Enjoy not seeing the days go by as there is so much action
- Have the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and emergencies at the same time
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French (English is a definite asset)
- Be comfortable with new technologies
- Be customer service oriented
- Enjoy having fun at work
