The Consultation and Reconciliation Branch is looking to fill three (3) full-time regular positions.

Conditions of Employment:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to travel several times per year including overnight travel

Qualifications:
Essential:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree preferably in Indigenous studies, environmental sciences, public administration or a related field.
- Considerable experience in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and programs.
- Considerable experience reviewing, assessing and interpreting legislation/statutes/regulations and impacts to program/policy design.
- Advanced skills and experience in project management, change management, and other strategic and long-term planning principles and practices.
- Experience with supervising and/or mentoring/leading staff.
- High level of political acumen, judgment, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
