Greater Sudbury, Canada Adult and Youth Enrichment Center Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining fully up-to-date knowledge about frequently changing and updated policies and programs.
- Tracking and updating all accounts including outstanding accounts.
- Submitting daily reports, weekly reports and monthly progress reports to the Director of the Adult and Youth Enrichment Center.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and document security.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Director, Assistant Director and accounts receivable.

**Qualifications**
- This position requires a minimum formal education of a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of one year of relevant administrative work experience, preferably in a post-secondary customer service, registration, or financial services environment.
- Experience with full-cycle accounting duties.
- Knowledge of and experience with DSO, Passport funding, Bookkeeping and financial reporting

**Job Type**: Part-time (up to 30 hours/week)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- College Diploma in Accounting
- 3rd Year Accounting Students eligible

**Experience**:

- Post-secondary Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 2 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person at our Campus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
