**Diagnostic Testing Monitor - Psychological Assessments**

**This is a virtual position working remotely, ideally based in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick (Atlantic Time Zone)**

**Part-time approximately 8-16 hours per week. Flexible hours (approximately 2 hours per session)**

**About this opportunity**

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Oversee the administration of psychological questionnaires virtually through Q-Global.
- Upload the automatically generated documents to the online portal (Clinic Master).
- Answer any questions that may arise about the questionnaire content, the assessment process, or others as needed.
- Monitor and address any psychological distress that may arise as a result of the assessment process (ex., the questionnaire content may trigger some clients).

**What you need to be successful**
- Preference will be given to applicants currently enrolled in and working to complete a Masters or PhD in psychology.
- A natural ability to connect with people make them feel calm and safe
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems/potential problems quickly coupled with strong problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent listening and observational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fluent communication in both French and English would be considered an asset.
