**McMan is looking for a **_**Full-Time Term Human Resources Administrative Assistant & Benefits Administrator**_ **for the Human Resources Department in the **_**Medicine Hat or Lethbridge Office**_**.**

**Here’s how you will contribute as a HR Administrative Assistant & Benefits Administrator within the Human Resources Department at McMan**:

- Work in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist to plan and execute human resource requirements.
- Be familiar and align with, standards for accreditation (CARF), Human Rights, Employment Standards, OHS, and any other frameworks as they relate to organizational human resources functions and contract-specific HR practices.
- Support the Director of HR with administrative tasks, including but not limited to, document production and database management (data input and report generation).
- Manage employee benefits and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Collate basic HR metrics and carry out analysis of data to drive HR decisions.
- Create and maintain efficient filing and record-keeping systems that are easily accessible and retrievable. Systems administrator for HRIS software.
- Manage WCB claim reporting and selective leaves of absence.

**This is a term position, ending July 29, 2024. This exciting position starts as soon as we find the right person**

**Here’s what you’ll need to get an interview**:

- Completion of a Diploma/Degree in Business or Office Administration or related discipline; equivalencies will be considered.
- Minimum of three years related experience as a human resources administrative professional.
- Ideally achieved or working towards CPHR or other HR-related professional designation or education (e.g. compensation, payroll, benefits certifications).
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize and organize work tasks.
- Demonstrated exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at problem-solving and resolving issues.
- Ability to multi-task with an exceptional rate of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to be self-motivated, prioritize, and manage time-sensitive workload.
- Clear Child Intervention Record Check, dated within the past six months.
- Clear Police Information Check with vulnerable sector, dated within past six months.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, Driver’s Abstract, and use of reliable vehicle with $2M Third Party Liability insurance.
