We are hiring a Bilingual Fulfillment Analyst, Commercial Funding
**Reporting To**: Assistant Manager
**Full-Time/Part

**The Opportunity**:
The Bilingual Fulfillment Analyst, Commercial Mortgages is responsible for assisting with the closing commercial loan transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
**How you will contribute**:

- Process progress draw requests
- Setup initial paperless files
- Review & bookmark Commitment Letter and CMHC Certificate of Insurance
- Complete third-party instructions to reflect the loan structure and particularities
- Full onboarding of loan in Optimus
- Complete templates & checklists with loan details and pre-funding deliverables required
- Inputting of data on Optimus (Insurance, taxes and peripheral items)
- Arrange for the execution of various documents by the appropriate signatories and distribution to the requesting parties
- File related documents, maintenance, and organization of files
- Full onboarding of deals originated by third parties
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Assistant-Manager & Manager, Commercial Mortgage Funding

**The experience you need**:

- Post-secondary education (degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, preferably in mortgage financing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organization skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Analytical thinker and risk mitigating mindset
- Must adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to perform extra duties as assigned
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of their own portfolio with mínimal supervision
- Bilingualism required (French and English) - interactions with English and French speaking customers or partners

**Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis**:

- Office environment
- Periods of high volume with tight timelines
- Long periods of stationary position/sitting
- Prolonged periods of repetitive movement (i.e. using a keyboard and mouse)
- Long periods of time in viewing a computer screen
- Multi-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer program.
