**Job Duties**
Provide administrative support to all departmental members
Prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence such as packing slips, invoices and reports
Assist customers with standard project-related requests
Assist in coordination of project activities throughout the lifecycle including scheduling, documentation and other factors that contribute to a successful project
Assist with jobsite administration duties, such as timesheet completion, and any daily logs that need to be maintained
Establish and deliver mechanisms for project tracking progress and reporting
Coordinate the logístical aspects of departmental projects such as material ordering, tracking and billing
Reallocate resources across multiple projects where necessary; identify and resolve any resource allocation discrepancies.
Closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers, such as consultants, contractors, and other specialists
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files
Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive or management signatures for format, content, grammar, and spelling; make edits as necessary
Accurately and appropriately bill and file correspondence, invoices, and receipts
Adhere to established methodologies for project management
Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers and visitors
**Requirements**:
Secondary School Diploma required
Business Administration degree or diploma considered an asset
3-5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, or relevant role required
Proficient use of various office based software including Microsoft Office suite
**Salary**: $22.00-$28.12 per hour
