**Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking an Inside Service Sales Representative to join our team. This position is based at our Toronto, ON facility and offers benefits from Day1.**

**What you’ll do**:
**Primary Function**:
This position is responsible for driving sales of assigned products and/or services by conducting outbound communications to existing Eaton customers, resellers and end-users.

**Essential Functions**:

- Prepares sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations.
- Builds relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
- Supports incoming calls from Sales Representatives, Resellers, and End-Users.
- Generates quotes, special pricing requests, and provides additional sales support.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding both an individual and a team sales goal.
- Renewing and processing annual service contracts to existing Canadian customers in a given region.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- University Degree or an equivalent College Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of prior inside sales or sales support experience is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
- Technical selling experience.
- Experience with Contract Negotiations.
