Person who analyzes the needs, conceives and applies professional techniques in the field of administrative methods and systems, in order to improve service delivery.

**SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS**

Contributes to the regional clinical coordination for the continuity of health care and all logistic required for the population of Eeyou Istchee by promoting, developing, implementing and managing the appropriate tools needed for the organization on the territory and South.
- Supports the coordinator in the administrative project management, meetings, committees and provides advice on such;
- Manages and/or collaborates in all projects regarding Care4 and Nomadis, including analysis, development, testing and implementation of projects until production;
- Participates in the training, elaboration/revision of personalized documentation, daily support and services to all CBHSSJB departments using the software Care4 is provided on a continuous basis to all CBHSSJB users for on-going and future requests or projects;
- Makes changes and/or recommendations for program improvement;
- Supports the effectiveness and efficiency of the coordinator meetings, actions and work through the preparation and summarization of information, and offers advice on such;
- Writes some correspondence and takes care of it according to established methods;
- Answers the information requests coming under her/his responsibility;
- Carries out some activities of the coordinator, as delegated;
- Communicates, links and provides appropriate information, within specified parameters, to relevant people, departments and groups, within and from outside the organization, regarding Care4 and Nomadis;
- Provides and prepares background information on specific files, such as data extraction for statistics purposes, as requested by the coordinator;
- Contributes to the effective and efficient daily operational functioning of monitoring and support of the regional clinical entries;
- Creates, revises and follow-ups on administrative documents (including workflows, processes, step-by-steps, one-pager, mapping, etc.);
- Ensures quality assurance and continuous improvement by reviewing processes, setting up performance indicators;
- Is responsible for the production and support of statistics and reports for the CBHSSJB;
- Collaborates and communicates with all other staff, for the benefit of the users. Provide basic single action training (individually and in group) if required;
- Collaborates closely with all super users from various departments (training, support and monitoring of data entries) for a better continuity of clinical and logistic services;
- Makes sure to maintain a close collaboration with the RAMQ, NIHB and archives for the verification and validation of a patient’s identification data (IPM).

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Sciences or other relevant academic discipline.

**Experience**:

- Five years of appropriate administrative experience.

Knowledge and Abilities:

- Holder of Traditional Eenou/Eeyou Knowledge, at a level appropriate to research program development planning;
- Knowledge of current First Nation health care services and Telehealth models, trend and issues as an asset;
- Knowledge of MSSS administrative regulations, their network and programs, and current trends as an asset;
- Ability in the identification and analysis of the administrative systems needs;
- Ability in administrative procedures and program planning and monitoring, including the development of policies and program manuals and administrative quality assurance systems;
- Good professional record in administrative systems in a similar type of environment;
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills;
- Strong knowledge of Care4 and Nomadis;
- Knowledge of TeleHealth tools and processes is an asset;
- Understanding of CRDS processes and policies is an asset;
- Knowledge such as IPM (Master Patient Index) is an asset;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation;
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills.

**Language**:

- Fluent in English and French;
- Fluency in Cree is an asset.

Other:

- Willing to travel;
- Possibility of on calls.

**Salary**: From $25.07 per hour
