**Specialist, Lease Administration** to join our team in Montreal.

**What will you do?**:

- Review all fully executed Offers to Lease, Agreements, Amendments and other lease documentation to ensure rates, square footage and all calculations are correct prior to initiating the lease setup process within Yardi.
- Accurately setup, reconcile, abstract and maintain leasing data within Yardi.
- Provide quality control for documentation setup, suite maintenance and modification requirements.
- Collaboratively manage the Team Inbox.
- Ensure compliance with the department's standard operating procedures.
- Assist with the setup of regional asset acquisitions within Yardi.
- Other duties as required.

**What are we looking for?**:

- 3-5 years of lease administration experience.
- A university or college degree.
- A comprehensive understanding of commercial lease terminology and accounting principles.
- A proactive team-player with the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- A track record of delivering results that are accurate, on-time and aligned with management expectations.
- A positive outlook with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A comfort with dealing with individuals at all levels of the organization.
